I got the product within 3rd day of ordering(outside of Dhaka.). The product was intact. I took the brown switch one. This is my first mechanical keyboard. The keyboard feels good than any membrane keyboard I have used. The only problem I have with mechanical keyboards is the sound of typing. In general membrane keyboards are soundless.
Anyway, the Facebook page of this store is very responsive and the courier service they used was also good.
